Historical evolution
Jiangsu  Xiangshui Textile Factory was the project approved by the provincial government.
Prepared to build in 1978
Completed and put into the production in 1981.
Started to develop top dyed melange yarn in  1990.
Started to do top dyed melange yarn in 1991.
In 1994, We build Jiangsu Jinlan Group Company based on  Jiangsu Xiangshui Textile Factory which acted as the core enterprise. Group member companies are mainly Romania’s Rotes Garment Co.,Ltd, Lotus Garment Co.,Ltd, Shanghai Tailai Knitting Factory, Jinlan Group Weaving Factory, Textile Industry Co.,Ltd, Ramie Factory, Scattered Fiber Dyeing Factory, etc 9 enterprises.
In 1994, We gained import & export right of two yarn, two cloth.
In 1995, we gained Jiangsu Brand-name products certification.
In 1996, the company changed to be state-owned enterprise from collective ownership, and become one of the two largest professional melange yarn manufacturers in domestic.
In 2000, the products passed the ISO-9001 quality system certification.
In 2001, We gained Jiangsu famous trademark.
In 2003, Jiangsu New Jinlan Textile Apparel Co.,Ltd was established after restructuring, and we determined to devote ourselves to do melange yarn, and to go specialization, differentiation, gradient road. We set up sales offices and promotion service center in Jiangsu , Shanghai, Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangdong, Shangdong, Anhui, Jiangxi, Tianjin, Liaoning, and other places. The products are exported to Europe, America, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, Australia and other countries, we are committed to providing professional melange yarn products and services for domestic and foreign merchants.
In 2010, we got social contribution rate before 100 in china cotton textile industry economic benefit index sort, and got the top 10 in main business income of top dyed melange yarn, in per capita taxes and in social contribution rate.
In 2013, we become the BCI registered member, and we devoted to promoting cotton ecology and environmental protection.
In 2014, we passed Oeko-tex standard 100 certification.
In 2015, the company passed the grade-2 enterprise review of safety production standardization .
